Designing for global impact: How I helped drive exponential brand awareness across three global regions.

I partnered directly with executive leadership to translate their vision into a cohesive brand system spanning print, digital, web, mobile, and presentation platforms.

Overview
The Salentis challenge: Bring a dated identity system into the 21st century, and promote their position in the US, UK, and Australian Proposal/Tender markets by capitalizing on their unique methodology. The solution: Use their visual storytelling talents as a key element in all their identity system products. Below is how I did it.

Content Strategy
Modernize the identity system and messaging, build new formats of marketing collateral showcasing their visual process. Implement throughout all internal and external corporate communications.
Brand Development
I provided end-to-end creative execution of the brand development project which included updating to a modern identity, creating branding guidelines, and designing corporate print and digital collateral. I also implemented the design standards, use, and workflows that improved efficiency and consistency across all marketing collateral.
Website UX/UI Design
In collaboration with executive staff, I directed the restructuring of the corporate website from the ground up, focusing on user experience and visual communication techniques to engage viewers. Solidifying the corporation’s global web presence.
Print and Digital Design
I created significant assets for print and digital marketing campaigns, product storytelling, executive communications, sales collateral, internal templates, and marketing, while maintaining alignment with new corporate brand guidelines and initiatives.
Results
The design and strategy efforts promoted Salentis’ market position by 40% in all three regions establishing their position as a ‘thought leader’ in the industry. It also turned a fragmented global messaging platform into a unified brand —  providing a significant visibility uplift.
